  • Started with 0 followers in 2014. Today the office is known throughout the surrounding Cleveland area with over 1,300 engaged followers.

  • Grew business into a top-10 (from top-50) franchise with revenue topping $750,000 in 2017.

  • Two-time "Marketer of the Year" internal franchise award recipient (2015 & 2016) beating 300 other marketers.

  • Created and executed a holiday-themed campaign that drew national attention and resulted in dozens of new customers, totaling $30,000 in additional revenue.
